The Kalin's Scrounger Head is very similar to other Scrounger type heads.  It features a jig head connected to a bill that when used with a soft plastic creates a great swimming action.  The Kalin's Scrounger head can be used with just about any soft plastic and give it lots of swimming action.  The short bill works best when being retrieved fast over shallow cover or vegetation.  The medium bill is better for reaching a bit deeper and a little slower retrieve.  The long bill works best in deeper water with a slow retrieve.
