The Rod Bender's Tackle Vibe is the perfect bait for those cold sluggish fish.  The Vibe creates an enormous amount of disturbance in the water with it's action.  The Vibe will catch a variety of fish and is especially deadly for cold water bass. The Vibe is best fished with a bottom bouncing technique.  Simply cast the bait out, let it sink to the bottom and lift until you feel the bait begin to vibrate.  Allow the Vibe to sink back to the bottom and repeat.
